The Torroella de Montgrí City Council installs two banks with electricity to charge electronic devices

The Torroella de Montgrí City Council has installed two banks with electricity to charge electronic devices in Torroella de Montgrí and L’ Estartit.

One of the benches has been installed at the Torroella de Montgrí Bus Station while the other has been placed in front of the l’Estartit Tourist Office. This new urban furniture in the municipality is equipped with a solar panel that provides service to four USB sockets and two contact charging sockets. It allows you to charge electronic devices such as mobile phones and tablets and has a security system that disconnects the electricity in the event of overload. It also has an automatic light strip that opens at night. The furniture has been installed by the company Magourban within the framework of the Tourism Sustainability Plan that is being developed in Torroella de Montgrí and l’Estartit. It is part of action 1.2 of Improving the urban landscape of the municipality.
