Melcior , Gaspar and Baltasar have already planned their arrival in Torroella de Montgrí and L’Estartit to spread magic and excitement to the children of the municipality.
In Torroella de Montgrí, the Kings, accompanied by the royal pages, will arrive on the L’Estartit road at 7:15 p.m., once the Castell de Focs has finished, and will make their majestic cavalcade journey to Plaça de la Vila. The procession will go down Passeig de Catalunya towards the Vicenç Bou roundabout, from where they will climb the Passeig to Plaça Onze de Setembre and Plaça Quintana i Combis. From there they will turn onto Carrer d’Ullà until they reach Plaça de la Vila, where they will be received by the municipal authorities. From the balcony of the City Hall they will make the speeches and the traditional royal greeting that the public is eagerly awaiting. The royal cavalcade will put the final touch to an Epiphany full of activities and will begin at 11 am in Plaça de la Vila with the collection of letters by the royal postmen (until 4 pm) and with the royal lantern workshop, which will take place in Plaça Mestre Pere Rigau until 2 pm.
As for L’Estartit, Their Majesties will arrive by sea at 6:30 p.m. at the town’s Port. A fireworks display from Platgeta will begin the royal entourage’s cavalcade to the camp located in front of the old Robert Restaurant.
