The route, flat and simple, takes us from l'Estartit to Torroella de Montgrí by bike and along the way we discover the numerous curiosities about the geological formation of the Montgrí massif, the different olive groves and apple trees typical of the area and the spectacular mouth of the river Ter.

The "Bird's eye view" is a circular route of about three hours with a local guide accredited by the Montgrí, Medes islands and Baix Ter Natural Park.

Guided tours are a good way to discover the magnificent surroundings of the Montgrí, Illes Medes and Baix Ter Natural Park.

Just one mile away from the port of L'Estartit, the Medes Islands Nature Reserve is thought to be the best in Europe.
