The Introduction to Eco Diving is an activity to discover the seabed of the Montgrí, Illes Medes and Baix Ter Natural Park. First of all, there is a pool session to practice the basic rules of diving. Next, take a boat to the Montgrí Coast and dive with an instructor who will explain the habitats and species that cab be observed.
