Torroella de Montgrí
Leaving the Museu de la Mediterrània and following Carrer d’Ullà, on the right, you’ll find Carrer de Sant Agustí, one of the most commercial and important streets in the municipality. The street’s name comes from the old Augustinian convent, founded in the 14th century. The convent’s most outstanding space is the Renaissance-style cloister, from the 17th century, one of the best preserved in Catalonia.
From here you can reach the Plaça de la Vila, while walking along the streets of Sant Agustí and Porta Nova.
