Projects such as the welcome space to <strong>park and ride<\/strong> at the entrance of L&#8217;Estartit or the execution of third works phase of the <strong>Espai Medes<\/strong>, which have to be the interpretation center of Natural Park. After the summer it will start the renewal of Pineda Park.<\/p>\n<p>Two major projects are in administrative procedures. The urban improvement of L&#8217;Estartit and the remodeling of a Can Castells building which will be the Torroella&#8217;s Tourist Office.<\/p>\n<h3>3,6 millions investment<\/h3>\n<p>The Tourism Sustainability Plan has a budget of 3,6 million to execute 29 projects grouped into 16 action programs for urban improvement, infrastructure, services and natural spaces.<\/p>\n<p>The plan is financed by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mincotur.gob.es\/ca-es\/paginas\/index.aspx\"><strong>Spanish Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism<\/strong><\/a>, is promoted by the Torroella City Council in collaboration with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emdlestartit.cat\"><strong>EMD<\/strong> <\/a>(local decentralized administration of L&#8217;Estartit) and has the participation of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.govern.cat\"><strong>Catalan Government<\/strong> <\/a>and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ddgi.cat\"><strong>Diputaci\u00f3 de Girona<\/strong> <\/a>(Girona&#8217;s regional administration).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The City Council of Torroella de Montgr\u00ed has \u200b\u200btaken stock of the first year of implementation of the Tourism Sustainability Plan.
