The guide contains information on the marine habitats of interest in Catalonia, the importance of posidonia meadows and a map of protected marine areas. The publication also includes information on the centres where you can practise recreational maritime activities, good practices when using a boat, how to do responsible recreational fishing and how to dive in a way that respects the environment.
