The Torroella de Montgrí City Council has launched an online survey to gather user feedback on the condition of the beaches and to work towards improving the services offered.
The survey is available in Catalan, English, French and Spanish.
It consists of multiple-choice questions, where 1 means ‘very poor’ and 5 means ‘very good’. Participants are asked about water and sand quality, beach services, staff, signage, cleanliness, and more. At the end of the questionnaire, there is an open comments section for users to share suggestions or feedback if they wish.
The municipality’s coastline stretches 15 km, including 5.4 km of beach.
