L’Estartit will once again become one of the cultural hotspots of the Costa Brava with a new edition of the Ítaca Festival . This year, the festival introduces an exciting new feature: a new stage in the town centre. Under the name Ítaca Plaça, live music will fill Plaça de l’Església on 20 June at midday, creating a festive and open atmosphere for everyone.
This event will take place at the same moment as Ítaca Sant Joan, the festival’s main highlight in l’Estartit, taking place on 20, 21 and 23 June. During these days, the beach will be transformed into a large open-air venue hosting performances by leading artists from the national and international music scene, making it one of the most popular early-summer events on the Costa Brava.
With more than 30,000 attendees in the previous edition, Ítaca Sant Joan has become a unique experience that combines live music, a vibrant atmosphere and an exceptional seaside setting. The programme will also include Sant Joan’s eve celebration.
The Ítaca Festival will run from 4 April to 5 July across several locations in the Empordà region and the city of Girona, with l’Estartit once again standing out as one of its main venues, reinforcing its position as a destination where culture, sea and unique experiences come together.
