Summer sports activities on the beach in L’Estartit

This July and August, the Torroella de Montgrí and L’Estartit city council is offering a wide range of beach sports and outdoor activities, open to all ages and fitness levels. With breathtaking views of the Medes Islands, it’s the perfect way to enjoy summer while staying active.

All activities are guided by qualified instructors.

 Water Walking

• Day: Every Tuesday in July and August
• Time: 7:30 AM
• Meeting point: Agroruralsurf, C/Salines 16

 Yoga on the Beach

• Day: Every Wednesday and Friday in July and August
• Time: 8:00 PM (July) / 7:30 PM (August)
• Location: Platja del Ter Vell

 Beach Rugby

• Day: Every Wednesday and Friday in July and August
• Time: Between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM (depending on level)
• Location: Platja Gran, L’Estartit

 Beach Volleyball

• Day: Every Wednesday in July and August
• Time: 6:00 PM
• Location: Platja Gran, L’Estartit

Running

• Day: Every Thursday in July and August
• Time: 7:00 PM
• Location: Parc de la Pineda

Ultimate Frisbee

• Day: Every Friday in July and August
• Time: 8:00 PM
• Location: Platja Gran, L’Estartit
