The square contains the “Monument to the Sardana”, created by the sculptor Josep Mundet on 1975. Engraved on a stone are the names of the principal sardana composers and bands of the town. On Monday mornings the farmers of the region meet here for the weekly market, which dates back to the Middle Ages. From here we can enter Carrer d’Ullà.
