The beach monitoring and control service of Torroella and l’Estartit becomes daily and extends its coverage to Cala Montgó
Coinciding with the start of the high season, the service is operating at Platja Gran de l’Estartit and Cala Montgó daily from 11am to 6pm. Mas Pinell beach will be added in July.
Furthermore, lifeguards have amphibious chairs, crutches and items to help people with reduced mobility enjoy the beaches.
More than 5 km of beaches
Torroella and l’Estartit has more than 5 km of beaches with high natural value and practically virgin. The beaches of the municipality can accommodate in high season, an average of 40,000 daily users.
