Why do we process the personal data?
The Town Council has to record this information to provide legal proof of the incoming and outgoing correspondence, to track operations and to identify the senders and recipients of the documents.

The personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to document the operations, depending on the procedure to be followed. They will be deleted in accordance with the regulatory procedure governing the public administrations.
