Why do we process the personal data?
The Town Council has to record this information to provide legal proof of the incoming and outgoing correspondence, to track operations and to identify the senders and recipients of the documents.
How long will we retain the data for?
The personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to document the operations, depending on the procedure to be followed. They will be deleted in accordance with the regulatory procedure governing the public administrations.

The data that are processed are necessary to provide proof of incoming and outgoing correspondence. It will be processed in compliance with the legal obligations and exercising the authority ascribed to public administrations.

In accordance with the procedure or contents of the documents, your data will be assigned to other public administrations in order to guarantee the interoperability of the registries.
