The beach monitoring and control service of Torroella and l’Estartit will remain active during the weekends at L’Estartit beach until October 12th from 11am to 6 pm.
With the end of the high tourist season, in which the service was provided daily to L’Estartit Beach, Mas Pinell and Cala Montgó, from this Friday 16th September it will only be provided to L’Estartit Beach on weekends.
Lifguard points have amphibious chairs, crutches and items to help people with reduced mobility enjoy the beaches.
More than 5 km of beaches
Torroella and L’Estartit has more than 5 km of beaches with high natural value and practically virgin. The beaches of the municipality can accommodate in high season, an average of 40,000 daily users.
